Terms of serviceTerms of service

1. Who we are

Happy Machines Company (“we”, “us”) makes software for the everyday, including Spades Audio, DockTile and Lango. This website tells you about the company and its products and shares updates. By using it, you agree to these terms.

2. Our products have their own terms

Downloading, buying or using one of our apps is covered by that product’s own terms and licence, published on its website. If a product’s terms differ from these, the product’s terms win for that product.

3. Using this website

You can read, link to and share what’s here. Please don’t misuse the site: don’t try to break it, overload it, get into parts of it that aren’t public, or use it to break the law.

4. What’s ours

The words, designs, logos, product names and artwork on this site belong to Happy Machines Company or the people who licensed them to us. You can quote and share them with credit and a link, but please don’t pass them off as your own or use our names and logos in a way that suggests we endorse you.

5. Links to other sites

We link to our product sites and, now and then, to other people’s. We aren’t responsible for sites we don’t run, and a link isn’t an endorsement.

6. No guarantees

We work hard to keep this site accurate and running, but we provide it as it is. Release notes and articles describe things as they were when written, and details can change. As far as the law allows, we don’t promise the site will always be available, error-free or up to date.

7. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn’t let us limit.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
